Vinita’s bonsai collection at Bonsai Vatika is a true labour of love. This collection represents some of her most cherished plants, some of which she has nurtured for decades. She reads what a tree needs through the seasons, from the way it grows to how it responds to a careful trim or a change in light, and she shapes it gently rather than forcing it.

What sets her apart is that she never considers herself finished learning. She keeps refining her techniques, trying new styles, and exploring ideas from the wider world of bonsai; and she grows with every tree she works on. Her approach keeps evolving. This shows in the collection. Each bonsai carries a part of her journey, which is why the garden feels so alive and so personal.
